I took this one a month ago while enjoying Christmas decorations at a botanical garden. Thought it was perfect for many of you, since it is so cold out there.

Just to update you on my surgery: My right kidney was removed because there was a mass., that was starting to wrap around my kidney. The surgeon was fantastic and all were proactive starting with the walk in clinic, to the ER and then the surgeon. I had the surgery, less than 2 weeks after finding out about it. I am truly thankful! The kidney was sent to the Cleveland clinic and it was found to be a renal cancer. The mass was not considered large but the way the mass was spreading was a concern. My doctor called me and gave me the good news that I'm all clear. Thanks for your comments, and hope this post warms you up! tigs=^..^=
