On top of Mt. Katahdin i knew we were in for a thunderstorm. I looked at my friends and told them it was passing clouds. I hate to miss summiting a mountain. 20 minutes later on the knifes edge (which is one mile across with 2000 ft drop on either side and at times a width of 2-3 feet) the thunderstorm crossed us with hail and thunder. Our hoodies up and our hands tucked inside we rushed across. Haha. No one goes hiking with me anymore really. :)
