Hello! All, Thank you for taking the time to comments on some of my latest posted. " Atlanta underewater" I first modify the photo of downtown Atlanta that I took awhile back with CorelPhoto-Paint X4. I than transfer to PhotoShop CS4 to work with the ripple effect to create the water scenery. Hope you all enjoy and thank you for viewing.
