Well, these seagulls seem to be chatting with each other. First there was ONE on a vigil to watch over things, now 3 more seem to have entered the picture(pun intended) so now there is a chat going on..(two of the gulls are male and two are female...sooooo)"Mabel, we don't HAVE to chat with that other couple you know!"
