I was in the carwash when I took this photo. Then I took the photo to my Photoshop and decided not only to do this in B&W but also to use the Liquefy tool to make it look like the water was running off the photo. I hope you'll enjoy this, I am just experimenting and having fun doing it I guess. Please give me any critique or comment you would like to, they are all appreciated.
