It's time for the Roses in Portland, since it IS the City of Roses...so here are a few of the lovelies. I'll be taking more soon. But I did do a tiny bit of Texture effects in PSP. I thought it brought out their colours even more. Even tho Roses do NOT need anything in general. I know some of you won't like the textures,but it was just fun for me. So Please feel free to comment and critique.
