I just am needing colours I think! Must be the gray Oregon skies causing this! I loved this original Tulip in full bloom, but thought it would be fun to do a bit of PSP special effects with the enamel tool and then I also did a touch of the Liquefy in Photoshop. Hope it brings a smile to you, as it did for me. Thanx for stopping in too.
