Another creation using my photo I took inside the tire and wheel shop. This time worked in Paint Shop with 'halftone' effects and a bit of distortion too. Hope you like this. Please feel free to comment on this semi crazy creation! No, these are NOT bike wheels..they are grand wheels for hott cars!! I have some even!!....Just having some fun.
