I will have you in my dreams tonight
thousands of my thoughts will slumber
intoxicating me with whispers of you

. At the close of my day I think of you
I seem to feel you near to my heart
as I await the dark of night to appear

. Thoughts of you bring tranquil tears
that only remind me of happiness
of tenderness and hand-holding

. I can feel the smile in your eyes
hear the laughter in your soft voice
and taste your honey sweetened kiss

. In my dreams you sing me songs of love
dance with me under the magic stars
and hold me til the night meets the day
