Ok – so I’m not entirely convinced about some of the advertising ethics for this product i.e. make yourself look better by morphing your face into a prettier version of itself etc etc but as a simple albeit slightly crude tool for fixing up dodgy portraits it seams quite good. I’ve had a few tinkers with the free trial of it and it doesn’t really stand up to an image being professionally fixed up but I guess that’s not what it’s aiming at. As I said there is a free trial and for a limited time the software is available at a big reduction to buy. The betas and trials have been kicking around for years but this seams to be the first major release of it. No mac version is planned although they are apparently planning on offering it as online service where you can choose not to buy the software but instead upload images and process them online and then pay a nominal fee to download the fixed hi res image instead which would, of course, be platform independent.
