Yes, I know, it is just heartbreaking news, and everyone here will be beyond boredom with me gone...
but I must leave you for a short while. I am going to Hawaii for 2 weeks...
I am excited to go back home and catch up with friends and family...and eat lots of SPAM, Huli Huli Chicken, Malasada's, Haupia, Lomi Salmon...and all the other yummy treats I miss so much.
I'll have lots of stories to tell when I get back...
Try not to cry, I'll be back in 2 weeks...I promise.

Terr...don't you worry hunn, I have EVERY intention of getting Lei'd!!! I'll think of you while I'm at the beach...getting burned to a crisp, but enjoying the sand and the waves.

Rob, I'll try to take some pics...but I have an old-school camera so it may be a bit before I get the pics scanned and uploaded...but I will try to bring you guys some pics of Hawaii as I know it (being raised there)

Funny you mentioned that...my mom who is going a couple days after me...actually looked up Dog's address so she can go get picks with him...and can't understand WHY it is that I have no intention of doing the same. Ok guys...I'm semi-packed, doing the last minute freaking out (am I forgetting anything to pack?) and will be leaving at 4am to head to the airport...so I am officially signing out for the next 2 weeks. I'll try to get some nice pics of Hawaii to upload, and will be back somewhere around the 14th of September (give or take for jet lag). So goodbye, farewell, happy trails...I'm outta here!!!
