Has my .HTML links been disabled?

I notice now whenever I put in links on either my image descriptives for references/credits to base images...or on a critique to reference another image page...I notice that I do not get the familiar blue with green rollover, indicating a clickable link. I know I'm getting the syntax right, and I also know it's not something wrong with my computer, because I tried to put in a link in one of my return comments yesterday on one of the computers at school, and got the same no-go results... What's wrong? I haven't abused the link priveledge...Is putting in links now reserved to those with Cadre and above status? I'd really like to know whom I can contact on this...

I don't believe that to be the case ... you COULD put a link in your above statement as a test

make it juicy .. something worthy of losing your linking privledges

here's a link to my Gallery ... as a further TEST

I did notice that your SIG link doesn't seem to work

I have recently updated the link checking code to make sure that people don't accidently mess up the page with an incorrectly formatted link. The problem is usually that the person forgets the second quote that goes around the URL. This cases everything after the link to not display. If the site sees an incorrectly formatted link it will remove the link part and leave only the link text.
