Bartlett's book of familiar quotations is a good place to start. . . . a place that sells witty t-shirts or bumper stickers is another . . . you may also like to try a familiar line from a well known movie . . . . . . just some ideas ;-)

If you don't know what your signature should be then I'd say that you don't need one.
