Hmm, I might have considered cropping some ... some of the foreground out that is in the shadows. Definitely the silhouetted portion sets it off nicely ... just not as much of.

Excellent contrasts and vivid colours of the sunrise you did capture. That would be my choice of focal points to highlight and removing some of the 'dead' space would accomplish that. Just some thoughts.

And perhaps ... perhaps, cloning out or removing the small lights that appear. No biggie there, really.
