Hi folks. I've been trying to make an donation using a credit card and it comes back saying fields are filled in incorrectly. This is not the case. I have tried with three different cards five times and I've had enough. I can only put it down to a website problem as these cards work fine anywhere else. Has anyone got any idea what could be wrong? I'm using Firefox 2.0, if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hey ... the quickest way to resolve this would be to PM *caedes and he can then look into it for you. I am sure you will get a prompt reply.

Go here to his profile page, and then send your personal message from there. :o)

I'm hoping that you are trying to process the credit card with Paypal. I don't really have any idea what the issue could be because it is all taken care of by paypal. Maybe you could provide a screen capture of the form with fake information filled in?

The work of art may have a moral effect, but to demand moral purpose from an artist is to make him ruin his work. (Johann Wolfgang von Goethe - 1832)

It's a problem I've never came across before. However, I've managed to donate by using Maxthon instead of Firefox. Damned annoying though. This site isn't very friendly to Firefox users which is a shame. Never mind. I get my name in lights. What more could I want, lol. Thanks for all the advice folks.

I use Firefox, so I don't think it is caedes.net that is the issue. However, I don't recall ever having trouble with Paypal using Firefox either.

It worked first time using Maxthon, which as you'll know, uses the IE7 engine. I've been using Firefox for four years and haven't encountered this problem before. I've been using a credit card for that time too (just ask the wife) and have never had problems before. I'll submit a bug report to Mozilla and see what response I get.

In Firefox go to Tools/ Options / Web Features and make sure Load Images is checked, and unchecked for the originating web site only
This may solve the problem :)
