New stuff.. that is getting a lot of repeat plays here:

Plan V - "Teletrack" - Cerati - 1998

"Vertigo" - Roken Project

... ...

About Gustavo Cerati..

Gustavo Adrián Cerati (11 August 1959 - 4 September 2014) was an Argentine singer-songwriter, composer and producer, considered one of the most important and influential figures of Ibero-American rock. Cerati along with his band Soda Stereo, were one of the most popular and influential Spanish-language rock and pop groups of the 1980s and '90s."

This is currently hittin' me ears.. a -gain.

But, this time.. the album in it's entirety (kinda, sorta).

Gustavo Cerati - "Plan V"

Track #1 is the standout and is getting the aural repeat treatment.

Followed by tracks 4 & 5.

One.. the song itself:

Bonnie Raitt - "Cool, Clear Water"

The twofer part?

When YouTube's 'suggested/recommended' list of other songs/vids.. reminds you of one that you really liked/like and hadn't heard for a while.

Bonnie Raitt showed up while I was listening/watching a Talking Heads song/vid; "Take Me To The River".

Fiona Apple - "Everyday" (Buddy Holly Cover)

... ...

In case anyone is interested.. some coffee time reading:

"Rave On Buddy Holly is a compilation album by various artists released on June 28, 2011, through Fantasy Records/Concord Music Group and Hear Music. A tribute album to musician Buddy Holly, who died in a plane crash in 1959 at age 22, the title refers to the song "Rave On", one of his biggest hits. Contributing artists included Paul McCartney, who owned Holly's publishing catalog at the time of the album's release, and Graham Nash, a former member of The Hollies, who were named in commemoration of Holly.

Critical reception of the compilation album was positive overall; many reviewers appreciated the album in its entirety but criticized select performances. Rave On Buddy Holly reached a peak position of number 15 on the Billboard 200 and also charted on the Top Canadian Albums, Top Digital Albums and Top Rock Albums charts. "Dearest", performed by The Black Keys, received a nomination for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance at the 54th Grammy Awards (2012)."

I keep finding CDs of the All-American Rejects in local charity shops. The most recent was Move Along. I like the song Move Along almost as much as Swing Swing (from an earlier CD).

I hadn't heard of this band before buying... pure randomness.
