Anyone know good companies who take negatives and convert to digital CD images?
I've been browsing my old stuff (haven't got to the black and white stuff yet!). Kate

I think most filme processing places can do that for you? I haven't done it myself but my parents had all their old slides put on CD. I think the hardest part is going through them all and deciding which ones you want to keep, especially if you have a large collection.

you'll find that THIS is why people have children ... to do their scanning for them

I find film scanners usually have a not-so-good resolution comparative to a film processing place...also it takes a LONG time.

Thanks all. Will be selective! I also found scanners were not as good as expected, so I will put them to a film processor.
