Hi, I am a newbie. I uploaded 2 images a few days ago, the site said I was succesfull, but they never appeared. I put a qustion in the FAQ, and got a really quick response saying that the upload was probably not completed properly.
I uploaded again at around 13:00GMT, I tried to uload a third but the site would not let me, saying that i had already done 2, so they must be there? Any ideas, what am I doing wrong?

It looks like none of your images are in the correct format. Try converting them to palin jpg format and uploading again. What format are you using?

Regular .jpg Not sure what palin is? I use a Mac, and never usually have any trouble with my images.

I think Caedes meant "plain"... what size is the images. The largest size you can upload is 1600 x 1200 (as far as I know).

I have just re-posted them, I checked the size it was 1222x864

Yup, that would be best as that is according to the screen resolutions most people use. The easiest way to do this is to create a 1600 x 1200 image with a black background and then place your image in the center of that. Or you can rescale your image to 1152x864 and upload that.

1. OS that you use.
2. Web browser
3. Image editing program
4. filename of the image you tried to upload

Ok seems to have made it to the new images ----but it is a blank !!

I know we have had a few people complain of this problem before. In most cases the problem seems to have gone away after a while, although noone seemed to know why, or explain why it occurred in the first place.

I have tried for a 4th time, the images are proper .jpg, I feel sure I have done evrything correctly

You can email the image to me and I can try to upload it. That would narrow it down a bit.

I did this already to p.pigeon he re-saved them and send them back, I re-posted and now it works.....but the imags look just the same, svae in PS as a jpg, cannot get to the bottom of this, thanks for your help.
