Would it be possible to establish a parking spot for sent and/or received PM's? this could come in handy for a variety of reasons, including keeping track, and the occasional improper behavior. what say you, my fellow caedesians? oh, by the way,i think its a good idea, but it's not mine. It belongs to someone who'd rather not come forward..which is ok :o)

you want to keep track of my occasional improper behavior ... AND .. you want me to second your idea?

um, the tracking behavior etc wasn't necessarily for my benefit... i was more interested in keeping track of who said what to me, and vice versa

Just an f.y.i. ...

There was 'talk' about being able to archive your sent PM's, and not that long ago. Geri addressed this idea himself as a possibility.

Changes would have to be made in the code and given his schedule just prior to his defense of his thesis ... it may have been put it on the back burner.

I like the idea of being able to keep a copy of my sent PMs.

If your friend Rob, who wishes to remain anonymous, has experienced a case of some inappropriate behaviour ... the server records can easily identify the who, what was said and so forth. All need be is to provide the relevant information in a private message to one of the Consuls or Geri himself, I believe.

oops, i suppose i need to clarify. the PM file idea as a whole was someone else's. i was stating that i wasn't so much concerned with storing PM's for protecting myself, as i was in keeping tabs on converations. i meant others might need or want it for that. sorry for any mixup

you can only archive your PMs if they score a low c-index

otherwise they'll be put in the perms

and I'd just like to say .. I CAN'T wait to peruse that gallery

Allow me, although not fluent ... I do speak some Keiferese.

Simply put ...

"you can only archive your PMs if they score a low c-index

otherwise they'll be put in the perms

and I'd just like to say .. I CAN'T wait to peruse that gallery"

Hope this helps. Yeah ... I'm good that way. :oP
