Alot of the older ones are just for display purposes I think. There are some really nice old 30's cameras in there plus some real antiques (alot of the older ones aren't for sale though). I wouldn't mind having some of those just for a display on a shelf or side table.

I hear ya...they would make a neat gift. Old leather bellows...I see them once in a while in the antique stores.

Hey, I found the first camera my parents bought for me, the Hanimex 35HF (about half way down). My brother had a blue one like that and I had a redone... that bought back some memories.

Perhaps once i upgrade i should hold on to my d70. Maybe in 50 years it will be worth more than ill be able to get for it in a few years when i upgrade. One of the early digital slr's? Who knows:P.
