we had a situation once before where somebody's browser or firewall, maybe, was deleting their images as soon as they closed their browser
I don't remember, now, the particulars of that situation .. but .. only *caedes can answer your question .. (by checking the server logs)

Make sure that you haven't told the site to hide all gallery images that are less than 1280x1024 pixels in size.

Amazingly enough, if you're talking about the Christmas image with the blue star & the little toy drum, etc....I believe it might have been taken off because it was suspected of being a rip.
