Hey all, My name is Brian (Out_of_maine) and I am a member of the cadre. I just wanted to briefly say my thanks to everyone involved with the production, maintenance, and overall nature of this site.

I am so pleased that we, as artists and photographers, have this place to put our work not only up for display but for critique as well. I like the community feel this site has and after being a member of other sites, I strongly feel that Caedes is the best medium for myself and I hope others share similar feelings.

I will continue to support this site in anyway I can. I constantly spread the word of this site in hopes it will continue to grow and continue to allow people to showcase their work. Again, Thank You to everyone who made this site possible.

Its good to hear members saying how they enjoy the site... they are a friendly (sometimes crazy) bunch of people on here.. the biggest crazies are the 2 above me =PP *psssttt.. you gotta watch these 2... only problem with this site is it can get addictive so be warned.. lol.. (nice gallery btw)

You don't have to be nuts - but it helps :) It is the variety of nuts as well as the photography and art that goes a long way towards making this such a great site. To all the upper nuts, lower nuts and cracked nuts - thank you :)

I seem to be forever the bearer of bad news (rips spotted on the site and so on) ... save one really bad physics joke. Something along these lines, for the terminally curious:

What do you get if you cross a mountaineer with a mosquito?
Nothing, of course. You can’t cross a scaler with a vector.

However, I am here to change that and offer my thanks:

i) For providing me an opportunity to create once more and have a wonderful site to showcase that work.

ii) The opportunity to have developed (somewhat surprising to me this aspect) ... new friendships around the globe.

iii) Many laughs, courtesy of the nutbar offtopic crew.

And my favourite, and as I am want to say ... a soft place to fall after the trials and tribulations of the day.

I'd also like to say how thankful I'am of this site. I actually found this site by accident.

I've been collecting wallpapers for years, because i like to change my wallpapers on my computers so darned often. I have like over 5,000 now. My father mentioned that I should attempt to create my own, so I tried. So, I got a few programs and began messing around. I still have a lot to learn, but, it's cool.

Around the same time that I found this site, my father began really having a tough time with his cancer. This site has truly helped me quite a bit. In looking at other peoples art, commenting, etc.

So, yeah, I'd also like to thank Caedes and all of the members here also. This site is 110% top notch. I've yet to find a site even close to it.
