I know someone who wants to start a company which will make logos/sites for companies and also for other people. Mainly it will be about design, but yet, there's no name for the company.
Anyone have any idea of a good company name that design logos/sites? If you have any suggestions on a motto it would be just as good ^^

something like 'Label' or 'Focal Point' sounds suitably pretentious. Pretention is the main prerequisite for a start up design company - I know - i've had a few years experience at doing it myself :-)

Global image designs. GID.

Try to avoid the whole *anything* Studios formula. =)

or names with phoenix, international or any other nonsense like that

Thanks for your advices, using these 'formulas' in company names are pretty popular though ^^
I personally think it's better to have a unique name that in someway tells the reader what the company is all about.

remember as well - the name you choose has to work well with graphics for your logo and in other instances such as domain names etc - so keep it either succinct or abstract.
