Ok, true say here ... I have had my face on TV. Was during a labour strike here in my home town.
Curious ... wonder how long it will be before someone makes the statement ... and it bears out ... that each of us is immortalized in some 'shot' due to the proliferation of devices that can capture an image. The counterpart to our 'fifteen minutes of fame.'

The story is way better. Check this out. link. It is from a local car enthusist forum. They have meets and such around the city. Anyways, one of the members posted on there that his friend got hit and then the guy ran, so he posted the licsence plate number and such to get people to keep an eye open for the car. Turns out another member snapped the pictures so he posted them in there as well. It was in the local paper and everything. Pretty funny story.

If you're going to flee from a hit-and-run accident, try to make sure there isn't some photographer with a massive zoom lens that will plaster your license plate, and face all over the internet!
