Anyone that rides with you in your car has to sit in the back seats because your camera equipment stays in the front passenger seat of your car for quick access.
You keep on eye on the prices of flash memory cards, like some people watch the stock market.
LOL! Hey - I'm the "buy new camera equipment more often than you buy new shoes". Hell, I just bought a new lens that costs far more than all my shoes combined...and my wardrobe too I'm sure! And my camera sits right in my lap while in the car. Pathetic or slightly obsessed?

done that before - but nine times out ten the various elements that combined to make it a perfect shot aren't there anymore - especially the light levels, colours and contrasts :-(
will have to consider getting a suitably good small camera to keep in the glove box in the car at all times incase of 'emergencies'
