Being of an innocent and quite and retiring nature I have often wondered what 'pornographic' actually meant - now I know it refers to parrots - well knock me down with a feather !

Well, Rob, I'm with you. No clue what in tarnations he's talking about, however I did notice he's from Bristol, England. Or so he says in his profile. Perhaps there is a cultural differnce that has a different connotation than what you and I see. I remember having a friend tell his girlfriend (in Scotland) something that was quite innocent to you and me but quite vulgar to her.

On a serious note, I don't think it's constructive, but I do think some people live and think in a world the majority of us will never reach... heck, we might not even drive by the exit for it, and you just gotta go "okayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy" and keep on walking.

I think people sometimes use "pornographic" in a metaphorical way to describe something that is over the top (ie in a painting using a very bright and varied palette they might describe the colors as "almost pornographic"). I don't know how that would apply to this photo though and in any case the commenter probably should have explained it a bit better as it is too easy to interpret the comment as insulting (or just weird...)

Pornographic????? I must have missed something. But saying, this is a culture difference, can not be the reason, cause I noticed, that people in Europe react most of the time cooler than Americans. I remember the dirty smile of some guys in Texas, when they noticed, where I am from ... I did put this image into my favs and not because of the porno feeling. For sure not!
