I have had 17 people vote on my photo Pink My Ride, but it shows up as 0 on the c-index (possibly it is that bad). Can someone explain if there is a problem?

I just went to the image's page, and the C-index doesn't appear, so the 0 might just be a placeholder until the actual score is assigned.

Generally speaking .. it takes one or two days for a score of some sort to show up .. I think, possibly, it takes ten votes for this to happen ..

so if your "caedes control" is showing 17 votes .. then, perhaps, the excess amount of pink caused it to fall through the holes in the space-time continuum

happens all the time .. that's why the long time members no longer post images containing pink
