My first post I had asked where I could get a quick loan to stop my house from going into forclosure. Well, good news. My V.A. loan rep was able to get me on a re-payment plan with the lender, I will have to pay a little more each month, but at least I keep my house and the birds won't be homeless. God works in mysterious ways. Thank's to all who responded and sent me a pm.

Gregg, try lendingtree.com It's a clearing house for lenders looking for buyers. I seem to remember hearing they're legit, and maybe someone else here can either second that, or correct me if I'm mistaken. I'd spot you myself if I could. Godspeed.

Sorry to hear that, I am in a similar situation...I need money fast or my PG&E will be shutoff. Wish I could help, but I am not even sure where to get fast cash (especially with my so-so credit)

Gosh Gregg, I'm awfully sorry to hear that...wish I could help but alas I don't have that kind of spare money...have you tried google in search of online lenders?...or ads in your local yellow pages or newspapers?...up here in Canada there always seems to be someone advertising Bad Credit, no problem but you gotta' watch out for some of them and check them out with the Better Business Bureau or some similar institution in your area...have you thought of putting an ad in your local paper yourself?...perhaps there's some private lenders nearby...or how about a real estate company?...an agent may have some ideas that could help you or some real estate company may have an inhouse lender or mortgage broker that might (?) be able to come up with some 'creative' financing idea...just tossing out some possible ideas...best of luck, Gregg...hope it all works out for you.
