Is anyone else experiencing an upload problem? I am trying to upload a jpeg image sized 3000 X 2250 pixels and the four times I have tried, I am told there is a problem with the Caedes site.

It is probably taking too long for the file to upload and the server is timing out the connection. I'm not sure what would be best to do right now other than to try a smaller file size (either upload a smaller image or compress the file more before sending it.) What is the file size on your computer?

3000 X 2250 pixels is the file size on my computer. I could resize the image and try it that way.

COuld you tell me the file size? If you look at the file properties it should tell you how large the file is in Bytes or killobytes.

Oh sorry. Yes the file size is 944 KB and 948KB on disk which is where I am trying to download from, but I couldn't download it from my home computer either.

Why don't you email the image to me and I'll see if there is something funny about the format that is causing a problem?
