Sorry if I'm missing something here but I don't really understand the CI and RCI Indexes. I realize that these numbers are affected by the random votes but I can't seem to find anywhere what the numbers mean? Are they simply an average out of 100 of the votes your upload has received?

the RCI is the same but relative to other images in the specific gallery you uploaded it to rather than all of the new uploads.

So when my pics show a CI or RCI of 89, that's high? I'm assuming then that 100 is the highest you can get?
