Ok We obviously have some talent here at Caedes. Through the years new advancements come out and of course we get new programs/versions of our favorite programs. Now most 3d rendered objects on get put together to make fine abstract. For you fine talented people I thought I would bring this news to you. A printer known as the ZPrinter 450 was advertised in a video my friend showed me. In no way am I trying to sell it just show you the idea of this. Being the fool I am I did not even know 3D printers existed. They say cheap price I say doubt it but I figured some people might enjoy knowing where technology is going and for you big shots that rock at 3D rendering this may be something to bring your creations into a new light. Anyway enjoy and Peace Out
they aren't particularly new - or cheap - this one starts at more than $30,000 and are designed primarily for prototyping small objects - usually in the engineering and scientific fields.
My drafting teacher bought one for the school...or with his own money. Didn't really figure that out. I guess if anyone wants to print something, and he aproves, you can print it.
It's called something like the BST and uses plastic w/ a program so-called Catalyst.
Yeah Im sure that it aint cheap just thought that it is something that may soon come into play with digital art. I mean to sell one of your 3d renderings in a actual 3d form...just really neat to me.
