How do you know if your monitor is calibrated correctly? I sent my Mom a photo which I had edited and she said it was rather dark with lots of blowout, looked fine on my end. A little blowout but it was a bright sunny day.

Gee, Sounds like your Mom is a tough critic .. Mine would have loved whatever I managed to get to her

Tweakin' Around

there are electronic gizmos that will do it .. other than that, there are color charts for determining whether you can see all colors in the low and high ends
