When i upload an image how do I send people comment requests???

You don't ..
Comment requests are generated automatically by the website for images that are 'lacking' in attention for whatever reason
the theory being that the image was passed over .. and maybe you could lend some helpful suggestions to improve their future uploads

I think they flash your name on some roadside billboard in Iowa, during work traffic .. but I've never seen it, since I don't live in Iowa

Yeah ... some times you have to dig deep.
I usually check the member's profile and galleries to date, and some times find inspiration to leave some words from having done that.
Could be a new member stretching their wings for the first time, so some encouragement is all that is needed. Or, a departure from their 'usual' and again, some words on that note ... you like the experimentation, or prefer their other work ... and so on.

All right. Now I know why those Holga owners in Des Moines keep calling at all hours.
Gonna get one of those 976 numbers and get some more pennies for my Manfrotto savings account. (P.S. You'll never guess what great aunts think Manfrottos are. And they like them.)
It's not that the pix are always suffering from some disorder. In fact, the hardest to speak about are those in perfect, glowing health that, somehow, just don't hit my Gab Button.
Maybe I should make a Comment Bank. See a good one, save it for when I'm running on empty.
