I have uploaded some images and was wondering when a rating becomes associated with an image. On mine - and maybe it's because they are too new- it says, "c-index not enough votes". However, I do not see a way for someone to vote.
I'm just curious as to the general opinion so that I may improve. Thanks!

Other people get to vote for your images, you can't vote for yourself. =P Go to another person's image and you'll see how you can vote. =)
