Why then inquiries about comments come personally to me and much more after date of uploading of the image? Whether it is possible to request somehow the comment automatically of that whom I want and after date of uploading of a photo? Thanks

Comment requests come to you personally on random images that have not received much attention. It is not possible for you automatically choose which artist you would like to comment on. You can however add your favorite artist as a friend and be notified when they upload an image.

Priyom, the request are generated automatically by the computer. It has nothing to do with whether or not anyone 'wants' them. The request will just go away after 24 hours, so it is possible that your friends are getting requests and just not seeing them.
It is nothing to worry about.
