Tell what photos are selected on voting and who participates in voting. Also tell why all photos were practically exposed on voting only precisely 15 or 16 times? Thanks!

there is info and links about the voting system on the voting booth page - the 15-16 votes is the sample size of votes available at the moment and that is determined by the number of images uploaded and the number of people voting.

That is you wish to tell that at such quantity of a photo in gallery ("New images"), as now, my new photos will be always exposed on voting a maximum of 16 times?

if the amount of images uploaded daily stays as it is and the same number of people voting does the same then the voting sample is unlikely to change. it will only increase if more people vote more often.

If users do not vote that CI and RCI photos will not change more?

There are actually ± 9000 images in the new images gallery, ± 10000 images in the Photography section, ± 1500 images in the Abstract, ± 1000 images in Computer, ± 700 images in Contests, ± 100 images in Holydays, ± 360 images in Illustrations, ± 70 images in Music, ± 70 images in Rework, ± 180 images in Self Portraits, ± 300 images in Space and ± 100 imags in Tutorial.
Amount: ± 21700 images to vote on
We must add all the images in the New Image gallery which are finally archived, but which are passed in the voting booth.
Say 100 images per day = 3000 images per month

I see ± 10000 active members per day. If 100 members are voting for 10 images per day, we need 1 month to increase all votes from one unity per image.
But if only 10 members are voting instead of 100, we need 10 months to do the same.

That's the true problem...
