is anyone else having this problem. i sit and wait and wait. the customary lead page is showing me the center image and not the other two. i've been trying to make comments but it takes so long. even voting has come to almost a complete stop for me. is there anything we can do to change this situation? would it help if we were to ante up another dollar or two?

Everything works just fine for me... no slower than any of the other sites I've visited today... just checked the homepage to make sure and all three images load pretty much instantaneously. So afraid I can't make any suggestions other than the usual "empty your cache" etc...

This is one of the sites that regularly has very slow times.
It varies as to when.
Just one of those things you get with sites like this. Lots of traffic, uploads and high quality images.

well, i've cleared caches on both my PC and my mac. i've restarted both machines after turning them off and unplugging them. i guess i'll try getting on at a better time. thanks, again.

It's slow here from time to time as well,sometimes it doesn't respond anymore or it responds after several seconds.

Maybe you guys should move to Australia? Never anyone on when I'm using it...

it's now 4:44 pm in phoenix and at this time it's working well. the early morning thing......around 4:30am was when the problem was occurring............ i would like to move to or at least visit australia and i would like to visit churchill and see the polar bears! were those last 2 comments invitations. you had better be careful cause you never know when or where i'll show up!

Most of the time, the site works just fine for me. BUT, there are times when it operates at a crawl. It is not your imagination, Jen.

I'm not getting any images either. Of course it doesn't happen all the time, but there are times when it seems like every time I try to comment it takes a very long time or the connection times out altogether. No, I'm not on dialup either, I have a 6 mbps dsl connection. Most other sites are extremely fast for me.
