i talked to a guy who had the G7 and thought it was GREAT! he said they didn't make it anymore but was sure the G9 would do even better. check the above link from keifer. jen

It has the same technical specs as my Canon PowerShot a650 IS. Only difference is that mine is cheaper and has a vari-angle screen that pops out and turns in any way you want.

needless to say i've gone diving down there many times but can't remember about the pyramids.
