Just wondering if it would be possible when we upload an image that we can have the comment box open too for those of us who write poems/stories to go with the image instead of writing it in the description section.. most of us wait until the image eventually shows up then try to get it done before anyone comments..
Please, even if you don't visit my gallery, check out my "Faves".I've left them intact since day "1", and would like it if every image there got the attention they deserved.

personally I think it is better if you keep your description as short as possible and if you have something longer to say - add it as the first comment as Jacqueline suggested - we have had some ridiculously long descriptions before - some more than a full screens length that are just pointless and put people off usually hanging around to read them or look at the image.
Thanks Phil.. thats why I thought if the comment window was available when you upload to write the epic novel it would be better.. what i've been doing when i wanted to add a poem etc.. is wait.. and wait.. and wait until it's finally processed and hopefully i get to jump in there before anyone can comment on it.

Hannah, you can use the HTML tags p and /p for paragraph breaks. Just place p at the start of a new paragraph, and then /p at the very end. After you hit enter, you should see the break. You also need to add <> around each of these tags. I left them out here, because after I hit enter the code was gone and this entry was broken up :)
I believe you can also use b /b (bold); i /i (italicized); and simply one
br / (line break).
