Best canon SLR macro lens

I need a new macro lens.. for my canon dSLR's (20D, 5D)
any recomendations on a decent lens for sharp macro shots? can be prime.. but i need autofocus. i need something around 400 if thats possible... any advice appreciated.

sorry vladimir - which currency are you using for your 400? if it's USD your choices would be:

Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 USM Macro
Sigma 105mm f/2.8 EX DG AF Telephoto Macro

or for a bit more

Tamron SP 90mm f/2.8 Di 1:1 AF Macro

many of the cheaper Canon options are EF-S which means they would be no use on the 5D if memory serves.

Phil, that Canon EF 100mm looks like exactly what I am looking for. found one for $443. thanks for your help. Thank you Pierre for your help as well.
