Richie, background985 is a troll who is hitting whoever he can when online. I , too, was hit. All Verena has to do is hit the complain button under the comment and one of the =consuls will handle it. This was not intended for her personally. Unfortunaley, trolls are now part of the cyber world. Thanks so much for inquiring & have a great day! ;=)

I also had a comment with the (F) word in it of that person, just complain and it will be removed from your site so no worry's about that he is just a troll

Personal Messages are not reviewed in any way unless a member complains about the message. Unfortunately there is no way to monitor the messages before they reach the recipient.

Geri might however look into a explicit word filter where expletives are replaced by **** or something like that.

Richie, there is no way. That troll spammed us repeatedly that night and apparently got the users that were online as well.
The =consul that was online spent over an hour just chasing the threads that were spammed. The =consul's do not know of other attacks until the 'complain' button is hit. The good news is most of these fools grow weary of the game pretty quickly and we are OK until a new one comes along ;=)

personally i think they should be Global Banned and their profile removed especially that troll...
