I have 2 pc's here connected on the caedes site ( me and GF ) and when we upload an image it gives us each our time that we can upload another... so i take it that the upload calculation is working off user names.... BUT when we comment on peoples photos this action is done on IP addressing. Meaning that when i comment on a photo the GF cant comment on one for 20 secs. This in turn means that sometimes i cannot comment on a photo for over 40 secs . Anyway to make this USER NAME specific aswell ?

Ian ... take your 'enquiry' of sorts ... to the 'big eye in the sky' and PM *caedes directly, as a suggestion.

I would think that your situation is not an isolated one and might or need to be, addressed.

Sorry, but I can't speak to the reasons as to why this is occurring with you. The answer could very well be within the coding of the site, given the information you have provided above ... or ... at the bare minimum, *caedes might be able to apprise you of a remedy regarding your ISP.
