How Do I Do This????

I've just discovered this website, and i am amazed at the level of work that goes into some of these abstract images. (My favourite!) I'm trying to figure out how to make one myself and hopefully, if it turns out, post it. I have a VERY limited program (picture viewer) where I can adjust coloring, contrast, etc. I would love to be able to do some of the stuff you guys are doing, but with which program? I realize most of you use Photoshop, but that looks like it's a Mac program and I, unfortunately, use Windows. Please help me!

Photoshop is available for both platforms. There are some others listed in the FAQ...

Welcome to Caedes I don't have any advice on how they do this great work I am new to this too. I did notice a link on the front page that leads to a program called Blender. I have it downloaded but haven't used it yet so can't tell you anything about it. I am going to try my hand this weekend when I have some time. I am sure there are other free or trail programs out there as well..Good luck

Tierazon is a nice little program for creating abstracts, as is Photoshop w/ plug-ins(which does indeed run on Windows).
