I am now using Image Kind as my web site to sell prints and framed photos. They have lower prices and a better selection of frames. Good news, at one of the Hospitals I work at they are going to hang my photo "Tiger Swallowtail 2" in the Administration office, they will hand out my business cards to anyone who asks about the photo. But, I don't have any cards. Does anyone know of a good site I can order business cards for photography? Some thoughts ...

Any office supply place or document service outlet probably would do well enough and at a cost that is acceptable.

You don't need, in my humble opinion ... a four colour print job, or a photograph reproduced forming the base for your busness card ... just something tasteful (text only, perhaps a graphic) with all the relevant information for contact.

Put some money towards getting a good quality stock paper. Texture, or texturized maybe?


Randy made a good suggestion, that being ... using Word you could create your own and eliminate the possible creative expense. I would check to see if some creativity or creative consulation ... comes with any package or printed business cards. If so, you could save yourself the time involved.

I had some Really nice cards printed here. Sometimes you can get them FREE. I see them advertizing free Business cards now.
First colum second thing down.

You get 250 cards of the design you choose for just the price of shipping. Seems to me it was about $8. Every page till ya get to the end, trys to sell you upgrades to your cards, and alot of other stuff, but nothing is checked, so just keep hitting "Next".

Thank you all for the info, I heard about Vista print, I will check it out or spend a little money on another site where I can get one of my photos on the card.

I make my own too.. you can get sheets of business cards pretty cheap then design your own, they turn out the same as the bought ones

Check out moo.com. They make great mini-cards, really unique and eye-catching. (always a plus for artists :))They also print a host of other promotional type products. The mini cards can even have a different image printed on each card! 100 cards for $19.99

I have a mac and just got iWork 08, the photographer's business card template is very nice. I believe I can save it as a word document so you could use it with MS office if you'd like.
