I think most everyone on my friends list knows I use Canon stuff. I've been very happy with all my equipment. I do have a suggestion to any canon EOS SLR user. If you don't have the 50mm f/1.8 or one of the better ones already (50mm f/1.4 /USM or the f/1.2 L series), at least get the cheapest one. Its quite possibly the best $90 USD I've spent in a long while. Its not real fancy, its mostly plastic, but the clarity of focus is amazing. I would say it is unbeatable for the price too.
you should definelty go to someone who done photography alot
maybe like koca,phasimid,Dark_Shining_Star,....
i don't know anything about photography.
maybe the people that i posted up there might help you
trust me they are good friends of mine:)
I'm not so much asking a question as bringing up a thread to perhaps inspire people to recommend lenses they are particularly happy with and explain why.
The new 18-55 IS is coming up with some nice sharpness numbers, indicating that it has very nice optical design. The construction is plastic to keep it light (like the 50mm 1.8 II).
It's the kit lens on the 450D, but can also be had for around $140 on eBay.
