I've inherited an elaborate slide presentation project including several (100+) before/after slide transitions for which I have to take the 'after' pic to match the perspective as the 'before' pic. Is it just wishful thinking that I remember a freeware app which facilitated the superimpositon of one image upon another for editing purposes?
If I understand you correctly Mike, I believe there are a number of programs that will assist in such a task. I did a simple search online for "freeware program to locate duplicate images on PC", and found quite a few. Here is just one DupliFinder . For a web-based program, I would recommend Tineye .
Let me know if these are not what you are looking for.
Yes, well batch editing would be frosting on the cupcake.
Maybe I should backup a little and let you think outside of the box for me :o)
What I have on my plate is a glorified PowerPoint(less) presentation with syncronized audio featuring 100+ 'before' pictures of a building project to which I add 'after' pictures which I take from the same perspective and vantage point as the 'before's, and then tidy up... The app I'm trying to remember might have had something to do with morphing, but I considered other uses at the time. I blame the aluminum cookware mom used when I was a child.
The above, along with laying down multi-track synchronized audio is fading my purple fur... I'm about 1/3 of the way through doing it the 'hard way'. Thanks for any and all insights!
advTHANKSance,
- Mike
