How about having a 'Caedes Happy Hour' every day, that is during a random hour of the day?
On a random page is a hidden hint when the Happy Hour starts.
This would result in more visits, more activity of the users and maybe it's fun too ;o)
Oh yes, the Happy Hour is for uploading more than the limited amount.
