Your ability to upload new images has been revoked for repeated attempts to upload images that were in violation of the CoC. Please see "c" and "d" under "Images" for the exact violation.

#1) That was the 2nd image that was in violation, not the 1st, and it was only a day or 2 after the 1st image. A moderator sent you a message about the 1st one and received no reply. Caedes' action was taken in response to your combined actions, not a single action.

#2) If you read the CoC, even artful nudity is not allowed. It said "No Nudity" not "Only Artful Nudity".

#3) If you would like to take this up with Caedes, please feel free to do so via the personal message system, or by e-mail, this forum is not the place to address it.

I think you can find many websites where photos like "The Best Desktop Pic I Have Ever Made" can be accepted.
Like I said in my PM, this site is open to very young members and this is not the place for fully provocative works.

Please take responsibility for your own actions. The images you tried to post are NOT available in mainstream ads and magazines IN the U.S.A., or if they are, they are definitively not marketed in the family friendly category. Which this site most explicitly IS.

When you upload, there is a checkbox that says "This image is in compliance with the Code of Conduct." YOU clicked the checkbox. That means "Yes, I believe it is" not "Well if it's not you'll just reject it."

Were you truly concerned, you would have messaged a moderator, ANY moderator and asked if it was acceptable for posting.

Feel free to believe you are being persecuted, you have not been treated differently from any other member of the site, and if you were truly banned you would not even be able to post messages right now. You have been given complete honesty, it is up to you to accept it.

When a moderator rejects an image, and sends the artist a PM, and the apparent response to that PM is not to reply by written word, but upload ANOTHER image that is in violation of the CoC, it appears that the artist has no wish to follow the rules of the site. It is then entirely reasonable for the owner of the site to take action to prevent that member from uploading any more.

These are the results of YOUR actions and if you still have an issue, contact Caedes to discuss it. As previously stated, this forum is not the place to do so.

I will not respond to any further posts on this thread continuing the complaints as it will only be proof that you refuse to accept responsibility for your actions and address it with the person you have been directed to. I would encourage other moderators to do the same.

Your entire career here at caedes has been a litany of offenses given to one after another of our members both in images uploaded and hurtful comments that have no helpful content. Every time one of your offenses is pointed out, you have responded defensively, never accepting responsibility for your actions, and arrogantly assuming that you are always right. If your art was exceptional one might think you were justified in your arrogance, but to date that has not been apparent. Cat is right. It is now up to you to accept it and grow up a bit. This forum is the "Request For Comment" forum. You have requested it, and we have commented.

#1 - If anybody chooses to request the images, which I freely encourage others to do so in order to see for themselves, make sure to ask him to include his accompanying commentary on the images - including the one on the "partial butt outline" where he went on @ length about how wonderful it was that she was so free and unconcerned about her nudity. And if it is clear that it is a naked butt even in partial outline it qualifies as nudity.

#2 - Reg's comments were in addition to the issues with the images - establishing a pattern of failure to take responsibility for your own actions Simon. That you posted *some* compliments does not mean that you are not still responsible for the many *non* complimentary comments - which would have been fine to make, and not many argue that you are wrong about the opinion - without giving the benefit of suggestions on how to improve the image.

But then the words of a 60 something year old with the fractal creative talents of a 5 year old perhaps are not relevant.

Rules are rules, a naked butt is a naked butt, get over it!! you didn't adhere to the COC thats the fact, and if you have already been told once why on earth do it again? As its been said this is a family friendly site, there are a lot of kids who are upcoming artists on here.

Lots of pointless back and forth here, Simon. The decision has been made, and whether you want to accept it or not it is a private site and the choice in the end belongs to caedes himself.

15 posts ago it was pointed out that the best way to resolve the situation is to PM caedes himself. There has been no indication you have done that. Obviously, you would rather attempt to create dissension and fan flames where none exist than deal with the situation like an adult.

For goodness sake simon - stop wasting your time fanning flames of dissent. I have already replied to your pm which is a duplicate of your comment above although why I bothered I don't know.
Unlike some others I have NOTHING to get over.
I have a 5 year old grandson - not sure what he is like on the fractal front but I do know he shows a lot more maturity than some so-called adults.
Now I am going to waste some more time making a fractal, as rp64 pointed out this is a pointless discussion.

Your gallery could have been wiped out because we all think your images are lame.. there you go.. how does that feel??? That was just plain nasty, inappropriate and uncalled for what you said to LynEve, strange as it seems sunshine fractals are not that easy.. it takes a lot more than just clicking a camera that you do for your images, I've seen your gallery and there really wasn't anything outstanding in there.. Seems to me that you can't take anything critical even when it's been given in a tactful way.. You have been answered a few times above and you still insist on being agressive...
