Recently I can hardly upload shots to Caedes, because it doesn't work, I mean it is sending the request of upload to the site, but it is just ulpoading for minutes and minutes and nothing happens. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. It happens only in the last some days. What can be the problem? Thanks for any help.

Usually that problem is caused by the ISP being too busy for their infrastructure. We've run into it before, and that's always been the problem. Caedes.net times out after an absurdly long upload time, so this may be what's happening.

I'm working on a new upload page that will have a progress bar to give you some feedback on the status of the image upload. Until then, the best you can do is to make the image smaller if it is taking too long to upload.

Many thanks, but it still doesn't work. I have been trying to upload a shot which is less than 700 KB and nothing happens for two days. Will I be able to upload again? I hope it didn't sound too dramatic. :P

It's been doing the same thing to me, and it's never done it before. But now, it sits there uploading for forever, and then when the little insignia finally does pop up, it's blank, and the picture never gets to my gallery. Something seems a little screwy.

I actually have a weird problem with my computer at work that causes the upload to hang at a random point in the upload. I have been working with the network people here, but so far we can't find the source of the problem. Have you tried uploading from a different location (like at work)?

Okay. I've tried and tried and tried to download new pics to my gallery, and they won't download. I'm at the end of my rope (as far as this website is concerned. I'm not about to jump off a bridge or anything. = - ] )

Finally I know the reason why I was not able to upload. I haven't cleared the cache and deleted the cookies on my computer. After doing this I can upload again. It was easier than I have thought before. :) Well, I am back.

Well, I clearned my cache, deleted cookies, and rebooted my PC. Then I tried to upload again, it ran for about 58 minutes, and it didn't work. So now what? I also am glad others had a problem similar to mine, but wish they didn't have the problem at all. I can't post here anymore. Not sure at all what to do.
THere must be someone somewhere that could help? Have any of you tried to get a new ISP? Do you think that might help? Altho I have changed for the third time!
