I want to upload a pic to be my icon (you know the pic by my name?). How do I make it small enough? I've tried setting the pixels to 60, but it's still about 12kb. I know there are computer savvy people out there. Will you help me?

Sheri, saving it as a .gif might help reduce the file size.
